I currently accept the following forms of payment: cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Paypal to email@example.com.
My session fees are $130 per 50 minute session for individual, couple or family session. I have sliding scale discounts which may be available for students, military and veterans, please ask about your individual situation. I accept California’s Victim Compensation program and Sutter Employee Assistance program insurance companies.
While I do not bill insurance companies directly, if you have a PPO or HSA, I will provide you with a receipt that you may be able to turn in for reimbursement depending on your benefits. Many PPO insurance companies will reimburse for out of network services. I am also an out of network provider for Tricare, which means you pay me directly, I provide a receipt at the time of service, and you can turn that into Tricare for possible reimbursement depending on your plan.
